This structure empowers both admins and end-users to optimize and tailor resolution processes to fit organizational needs. The completion of these tasks is facilitated by a visual and intuitive accordion design, which simplifies understanding and interaction with the interface. This design enhances the efficiency of managing Action Items, allowing users to streamline processes and maximize productivity effectively.
